This is a release candidate. If no new critical issues are discovered in the next two days, then this will be the build at release date.
Here's the patch notes for the last few updates:

[list]
[*] Spells (Angelic Halo): Angelic Halo no longer crashes the game when healing at end of combat.

[*] Spells (Summon Animal, Summon Elemental): The spell descriptions didn't describe how the spells work.
[*] Free encounter mode: When editing the inventory at level 1, the shop and inventory now understand your proficiencies as they were at level 1 instead of the max level of your character. However, it would be too tricky to make this work for the overall shop and equipment screen in free encounter mode, so that won't be done before the release.
[*] Story mode: When you retrain or import a character in story mode, the shop view will update to take new proficiencies into account.
[*] Story mode: If a character becomes illegal during a medium rest or a long rest, e.g. because you installed or uninstalled mods, the Retraining option will now appear to allow you to fix that character sheet according to the new rules.
[*] User interface: The scrollbar now works correctly for resolutions other than 2560x1440.

[list]
[*] Architecture: Updated general.log time to UTC time.
[*] Classes (Barbarian): Wounded rage only triggered when you were already in rage, not when you could enter rage.
[*] Classes (Wizard): Drain Bonded Item should not be available even if you have no actions left
[*] Classes (Kineticist): You can invoke Hardwood Armor and Metal Carapace multiple times, and even an extra flyout is displayed.
[*] Spells (Boneshaker etc.): Multiple action spells don't have the Manipulate trait.
[*] Story mode: Move "Load game" slightly down if there are modded adventure paths
[*] Monsters (Monitor Lizard): This monster no longer speaks Common.
[*] Classes (Magus): Thunderous Strike does not make a Strike if you have an additional unarmed attack or are adjacent to two or more enemies.
