Sleeping & Spells UI

This release has a few things packed into one.
First it further improves upon Key Rebinding and hopefully brings it up to a state that might make it into the main branch.
It also includes an update to sleeping which is something I want in place before tackling the larger combat update since previously you could sleep as often as you like restore to full health but now sleeping is on a cooldown.
Finally it has some new UI settings to give you more choice of how to use spells and how to display the grid numbers of your hot bar.
[h3]Sleeping[/h3]

[*] Sleeping now has a cooldown so you can only sleep every 16 hours
[*] Beds can now only be used if they are within a Protection Totems borders
[*] Dying will now trigger the sleeping cooldown, meaning you need to wait before you get your sleeping buff again
[*] Updated the sleeping UI to provide a lot more info about current time
[*] Sleeping now reduces hunger
[*] Sleeping now advances time for things like crops, saplings, furnaces and compost bins

[*] Upped the max FOV to 110
[*] Controls rebinding now lets you keep pressing keys until you are happy
[*] Added a floating UI option for the new spells layout

[*] Made the numbers at the bottom of the HUD easier to see
[*] Changed these numbers to appear as you scroll/select things on the quickbar
[*] Added a setting to control if the numbers should auto hide or always be visible
[*] Current stamina is now saved/loaded instead of always being full on a load
[*] Hunger will now reduce over time as well as the usual actions (previously was actions only)
[*] Crops are no longer influenced by the time of day and grow at the same speed regardless of its day or night (previously crops would grow much slower at night)

[*] Updated the berry bush descriptions
[*] Updated the UI of key rebinding so it’s easier to read
[*] Increased the size of some of the text in the crafting UI
[*] Added a confirm/cancel dialogue to using the Reset to Default button
[*] Fixed the key binding text for each key not being updated if you clear preferences
[*] Added a close/cancel button to the sub rebinding screen
[*] Fixed the torch tutorial always saying T instead of the custom keybind you have set
[*] Same for the tutorial to open the structure builder and the rotating structures key
[*] Changed when the held torch fuels tutorial appears in an attempt to make it less overwhelming
[*] Added some feedback to key rebinding when trying to use a modifier key to explain that it needs to be held for longer

[*] Hotfix for not being able to select things on the hotbar (This was release 0.1.6.2)
[*] Fixed grass and chunk draw distances not resetting to default properly
[*] Fixed controls rebinding forcing you to hit finished each time you find a conflict
[*] Fixed taking damage as soon as you spawn into a world until you start walking etc
[*] Fixed the hold to sprint button not working
[*] Fixed a button for the first attribute levelled up tutorial doing nothing
[*] Fixed stone tiles no longer being craftable
[*] Fixed furnaces holding onto their data when being reset
[*] Changed how the continue button works to prevent it struggling to determine which was the last used world/character when you have more than one of them
