After a lot of thought about the current direction of the project, I found that the game was just going to be another RTS that couldn't compete with competition. That's when I came full circle with the original vision of the project, and this is to have a tower defense with all the freedom of an RTS. The campaign will be non-linear, allowing the player to choose their own conflicts and will have mission rewards that can be used to unlock a research tree. This game will appeal to those who want a defense game with a lot of depth, but don't want missions to last longer than 30 minutes. All of the post processing effects will be optional except the color grading in the final product.
