Highlights of this update

An overhauled smelting system
The new smelting system includes a new UI for it, and all ores will now require time and fuel to convert ores into their respective bars. I also removed the one-click recipes needed to smelt them into 1/4 bar for this new system. Here's a demonstration of this new system in action: With copper ore: With tin ore: (2x speed with bronze furnace) With copper ore: With iron ore: If the player has unlocked the associated tech in the tech tree, there will be a little upgrade icon showing that an upgrade is possible. If the player can afford it, it'll show as green, otherwise, it'll be red. Once clicked on, the stone furnace will upgrade to a bronze furnace. Here's a demo showing what happens when upgraded: A YouTube video diving deeper into this new smelting system, and my plans to eventually add automation into the late-stages of the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vekHsc_yQnQ&pp=ygUKY29zbW9yaXN0cw%3D%3D
Glowing enemies
Certain enemies in the game can now glow in the dark. Lava slimes are one example, and here's a dim screenshot of them in the lava caves of Tierra in a dark area attacking the player: The same thing goes for anglerfish in the deep seas of Aquatica, but the lights they emit are brighter and more concentrated than the ones that lava slimes emit. Here's another screenshot of three of them in the dark: A YouTube video showing footage of the glowing enemies, and their actions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftK1HjoLrFU&pp=ygUKY29zbW9yaXN0cw%3D%3D
Crafting
- (1 + 3 -> 1 1/2 ) removed, as there's no way to get nitrogen. Provides 2 fuel each. ~ Cherry Blossom wood, decreased mass from 800g to 300g. ~ Crude Oil, decreased max stack size from 5040 to 840, increased fuel value from 6 to 10, and decreased the mass from 1kg to 300g. ~ Crystalline Oxygen, increased oxygen heal from 3 to 8. ~ Plant matter, increased the mass from 3g to 20g each, and decreased the fuel value from 0.5 to 0.05 each. This nerf is intended to incentivize other fuels.
Player
~ Temperature transfer rate on oceanic worlds like Aquatica is now constant for all pressures.
Quality of life
~ On top of the ctrl moving feature, Left-Shift clicking on an item in the inventory while a chest is opened will cause only that item stack to get transferred instead of all identical items in left-ctrl. The feature in action using the left-shift key only: + Left-Shift + left click on a nearby furnace will automatically transfer the output items to the inventory. The feature in action. When the bronze bars disappear, the Left-Shift key was held, and clicked the left mouse button:
Sound effects
+ Upgrade spaceship sound effect + Upgrade furnace sound effect
Spaceships
~ Changed how spaceships convert items into fuel. The old system calculates the time needed to convert based on how much fuel each item provides to the 2/3 power, and halved. E.g. Crude oil provided 6 fuel each, and it takes 0.5*6^(2/3) seconds, or 1.56 seconds to convert one unit crude oil into 6 fuel. This new system is now based on mass, and each spaceship converts mass into fuel per second, and the default one, and the only one in the game so far, converts items into fuel at a rate of 0.5kg/s. With crude oil providing 10 fuel each in this update, and weighing 0.3kg, it'll now take 0.3kg/(0.5kg/s), or 0.6 seconds to convert one unit of crude oil into fuel.
Tech tree
~ Researching certain technologies will now require the player to obtain an item before it can be researched. E.g. Gold smelting now requires the player to obtain gold ore for the first time in the playthrough before it can be unlocked. This is intended to prevent spoiling late-game content for new players.
World Generation

All worlds

Tiles such as stones, trees, and any tile with variants will now generate in a more shuffled manner.
Aquatica

Doubled the spawn rate of copper and tin ore.
Players will now spawn in areas between 25°C and 30°C to prevent the onset of hypothermia in the default spawning area.
There's a chance for players to spawn in coral reefs due to this change in the temperature spawning point.
Luna

Titanium ore is now 5x less common. This is intended to incentivize players to risk Aquatica's deep sea, and crushing pressures for a steady source of Titanium.
Matica

Tripled the spawn rate of crystalline oxygen.
Tierra

Increased the spawn rate of iron ore between layers 12-100 for most biomes, and for the stone cave one.
Copper, tin, and iron ore can now spawn in ice caves.

Bug fixes

Large bugs

Sliding against a wall will almost always cause the player to get stuck on the tile ahead of it.
The player is unable to go through gaps that are one tile (1m) wide.
Players will often get stuck inside solid tiles when the framerate is low, or is moving at high speeds.
Loading the game in a save that's saved in a cave will cause the cave entrances to not show up in the compass.
Loading old saves with spaceship fuel available to convert can sometimes cause the game to freeze completely when clicked on.
Medium bugs

The spaceship doesn't convert items into fuel when the player is in the caves.
Small bugs

Left ctrl or shift clicking on an item in the inventory with another will often cause the item to go after the nearest empty slot instead of the nearest slot with that item.
Enemies that spawn in the dark caves of Tierra will start spawning in layer 96 (960m) instead of layer 100 (1km)
