[b][u]As of 7:12 EST Universal Conquest is now available for purchase! [/u][/b] We were going to release yesterday, but we had a series of issues pop up that we didn't expect. So, I literally spent all last night fixing this stuff. Final Change-list: [list] [*] Eliminated a series of crashes with the save-game system. [*] Rewrote the save system because it was exploding after a series of turns. [*] Autosave now occurs on Gaia Civilization's turn, not the player's turn. This was done for compatibility with multiplayer. [*] Better error handling for saving and loading. [*] Faster saving and loading. [*] Some optimizations having to do with internal stuff. [*] Fixed a major issue where if you ordered an army from one planet to another, they would do nothing. [*] AI on the strategic map has been massively improved as a result of the previous bugfix. [*] Reduced size of save-files massively. [*] AI fleets were not targeting properly other fleets. This is fixed. [*] Fixed a series of issues with multiplayer, now it works as intended. [*] When asked to end a turn, now the final dialog option is "Yes, and don't ask me again!". [*] Went through and systematically fixed a number of issues with different resolutions. [*] When save files were saving, they were making multiple copies of certain things like planets and other data. This is now fixed. [*] A series of other bugfixes.
