Just so Players are aware...

Several days ago, I received some notice that there are a few issues with our launch regarding "business" and "marketing" reasons as to why we might want to delay.
We're not delaying. And we aren't for those reasons for sure.
Among one of the more serious unrelated reasons are several testers have reported a couple of bad bugs with the game that quite frankly, we're not happy about but we simply do not have the time to fix before release. We have implemented workarounds in some cases, but we simply do not have enough testers or feedback. I also am running out of time and money to work on this myself without any feedback or assistance. As it stands right now, we've decided to go ahead and - because we're men of our word - release the 17th or 18th... and if players have any unforeseen issues, we will issue a patch within about a week or so after release. When I post the final build tonight, I will post a list of known issues.
A fair warning: We at one point were going to release this as Early Access - but that was almost entirely a year ago, early access has since been revoked for reasons beyond our control, and we've had a huge number of improvements, bugfixes, and so forth since last July when we were originally going to release. Despite this, I would be lying if I did not say the following:
I cannot guarantee however, that there are not going to be bugs when people play the game upon launch, and I deeply regret to say that - but simply, this is a passion project - a hobby - and I have bills to pay. I cannot afford to continue working on this in my own time on my own dime any longer.
Some of our testers are reporting issues. Others are not.
That is the facts.
Do what you want with this knowledge, you have been warned.
Thanks,
The Developer.
