If it is approved, we shall be releasing in the next couple weeks. We've also uploaded the second to last internal testing build. [b]Changelist:[/b] [list] [*] Added moons on generation and a possibility to start. [*] Ability to pick hydrogen sulfide atmospheres on start. [*] 20 new planetary atmospheres added to the game including ammonia and chlorine (yuck). [*] Added space terrain damage to fleets, for example if you fly too close to a black hole it will destroy your fleet. [*] Added planetary asteroid fields. [*] Certain planets now damage armies that land on them as they move. [*] A certain music track wasn't playing, that was added back in. [*] Added white dwarfs. [*] Added magnetars and pulsars. [*] Added asteroid fields that generate in systems. [*] Added better descriptions to mouseovers on planets so that they describe what units can land on them, if they are dangerous, etc. [*] AI avoids colonizing deadly planets. [*] Ships now have thrusters in space. [*] Units now explode in firey explosions [*] Substantially changed generation to make it more realistic. [*] Landing on black holes or neutron stars destroys fleets. [*] Fixed some generation bugs. [*] For some reason, discoverable events weren't generating, now they're back and better than ever. [*] Can mouse over terrain to get information about the tile on a planet. [*] Tooltips on every button in the game. [*] Added an overview window of all your planets and fleets so that you can select them immediately. [*] AI will now aggressively take buildings. [*] Buttons now work better. [*] Fixed some missing textures. [*] Mouseovers work better. [*] Updated our libraries and sped up the game massively. [*] Some users were reporting issues with the mouse cursor showing up on OBS, so we added a series of custom cursors that change depending on what you're doing/mousing over. [*] Bunch of other bug fixes not worth mentioning. [*] [u][b]Added a hot swap multiplayer mode with up to 8 players that you can play with your friends on Steam Remote Play or locally (YES IT'S IN!) [/b][/u] Instructions on how to get that set up have been provided in the menu. Yes, you read that right, now you can play Universal Conquest with your friends on Steam or sitting next to you! We have multiplayer! Each player has two minutes per turn, and one battle in the battle map with a 5 minute time limit. We're probably going to add the option for the user to change these settings before release. [*] Saving multiplayer games doesn't save as a multiplayer game. [*] If you scroll all the way out in solar view it "catches" and delays scrolling back in. [*] We need to add WASD on the planet view. [*] Achievements are somewhat wonky, need to be fixed. [*] There were some issues with Steam Remote Play where the player couldn't move the mouse until they clicked on the game. [*] Some of the generation colors need to be removed. [*] Tutorial may still not work properly in some cases. [*] Some users reported issues with save files not loading properly.
