New Testing Build Release

Pre-release testers now have access to a near finished build of the game. If no issues are found, we will move forward with releasing the game!

[*]Full variations for portraits, additional human hairstyles.
[*]Victory conditions should now work.
[*]Added a "Are you sure you want to quit?" menu.
[*]Most achievements are now possible.
[*]Changed the planetary map to be more visually appealing.
[*]Redid the Options menu.
[*]When "High Graphics" is disabled, shaders are now disabled for potato PC's.
[*]Fixed a number of AI issues.
[*]Fixed a number of missing unit textures.
[*]Added a small section to the tutorial.
[*]Outposts no longer are invisible.
[*]Creating custom human civs no longer throws errors.
[*]Fixed fighter/bomber deployments.
[*]Fixed a number of string display issues.
[*]Added tooltips to every button in the game.
[*]Mousing over terrain will now give you information about the planet.
[*]You no longer can land armies on impassable tiles!
[*]Added ocean transports, by which if you move an army onto an ocean it will garrison into sea transports, and you can disembark them by going onto a shoreline.
[*]Nuclear missiles now only deploy one missile per turn instead of 4.
[*]Nuclear missile damage now stacks.
[*]Added tons of new events, such as terrorist attacks and storms.
[*]Storms now do damage to buildings.
[*]Added a missing music track back in the game.
[*]Added some cheat codes that will be available on release.
[*]Storms no longer generate food and crime.
[*]Added a few new quotes to the loading screen.
[*]AI will now target planets based on their "Strategic Value" - this has been revamped.
[*]If you trash a Leader artifact and it says they will commit treason, now they actually do.
[*]Fixed planet renaming.
[*]Can now rename fleets.
[*]Cloaked units now generate a cloaking visual effect.
[*]Artifacts always give notifications.
[*]UI Changes, especially with events.
[*]Fixed a display issue with the credits.
[*]Fixed the zoom movement slider.
[*]Hitting "STOP" in the battle map actually stops units now.
[*]Natural disasters do damage now.
[*]Can skip events by holding "Enter".
[*]Added additional sound effects to combat and galactic map.
[*]Fixed a ton of other crashes and bugs.

This was exhausting, but it had to be done.
If no major issues are found, we are going to move forward with release.
