During our extensive testing that we are doing to prepare for release, we encountered a problem with diplomacy where diplomatic options were getting mixed up and - for example - we've encountered situations where a player agreed to a defensive alliance and ended up vassalized by the AI. This, along with some other issues in the diplomacy system have required a rewrite of some functionaity. While we're attempting to prepare the game for release with no major issues, we're going to have to take some time to get this fixed properly. That, along with the development of the command line tool to upload items to the workshop are still in progress. Once that is complete, and we have tested a few things with the rebellion subsystem - and that's good to go, we will be green for release, and we will release on Steam, sometime hopefully by the end of the month.
