Druid's Entangle cooldown changed from 3->5s
[h2][b]Scoring reworked:[/b][/h2]
Previously, players who did not reach the boss on a level received a "time penalty." I noticed the scoring was not different enough between a player who died at [i]1 minute[/i], compared to others who died at [i]5 minutes[/i].
We now have "survival points" which accrue with each second survived.
HP scoring has also changed from a flat rate to a [b]percentage[/b].
[b]Level completion speed, boss damage, and boss kill speed still apply.[/b]
[b]* All leaderboards have been reset due to this change[/b]

[*] [b]Boss rush[/b] now has [b]piercing[/b] enabled by default

[*] [b]Damage Reduction[/b] has been [b]removed[/b] as an upgrade
[*] Enemy projectile attack rate changed from float->int, and randomized to [b]+0-7s[/b]
