Bug Fixes:

[*] Ghost "Pick Up" and "Throw at Player" interactions are now working. They couldn't possibly happen due to an algorithm error
[*] "Charge", "Whisper", "Stare", "Red Light", and "Light Break" ghost events are now working. They also couldn't occur due to an algorithm error
[*] Hantus can no longer turn on the fuse box
[*] Equipment will not display as locked after unlocking
[*] Holstering items will now update sprites correctly
[*] TV Static now loops properly
[*] Cold Breath from other players no longer travels in the direction that the local player is looking
[*] Cross Necklace description typos fixed
[*] UV Footprints now work and are synced across the network
[*] Ambience no longer mutes when the ghost leaves the room that the player is in
[*] Edgingfield living room's TV unit now has the correct sprites

[*] The minimum base aggression for most ghosts has been raised
[*] The maximum base aggression for Shades has been raised
[*] Thayes have the same base aggression as a Shade. Thayes are still very aggressive though
[*] The Mimic will now change its base aggression everytime it chooses a new ghost type to mimic
[*] Jinns are now very likely to turn the fuse box on if it's off
[*] Hantus are now very likely to turn the fuse box off if it's on
[*] UV Footprints no longer make a footstep sound when placed
[*] It should now be easier to take 3 star photos of TVs
