Optimized other adventurer parties generation and AI
Other adventurer parties no longer kill quest monsters

Prestige classes no longer affect pre-class mechanism
Fixed: Immunity to Poison description bug
Fixed: Elemental Lord's Bonus Spellcasting Level bug
The following classes are counted when calculating Elemental Lord's Arcane Level:
