[*] Power Transmitters will no longer fire their beam unless there is a valid receiver endpoint, meaning no more unintended damage to other buildings
[*] Substantially reduced the number of calculations required when updating the map for Tesla Artifacts and Power Transmitters
[*] Removed a race condition for uncreated station grids when performing Tesla Artifact calculations
[*] Fixed an issue where the clouds would clip through the Terra World after a couple hours of gameplay
[*] Fixed a bug when rotating power receivers they were not updating their reference to their valid transmitter correctly
[*] Fixed a nasty bug where rotating anything such that it would become part of a new station would make it lose the reference to the mobile station master entity for that station, causing a host of potential crashes and bugs
[*] Fixed a crash that would happen when deleting stations powered by tesla artifacts on the same frame as deleting connected structures
[*] Tesla Artifacts no longer connect to other Tesla Artifacts
[*] Fixed a bug where power transmission would not correctly calculate in some cases after lifting off a mobile station
