Tutorial Tweaks

Many thanks to everyone who has taken the time to check out the Artificer's Tower demo! These past couple of weeks have been exciting, and admittedly, a bit humbling.
It turns out I forgot to disable the less-than-ideal translations in French and Russian. I had some data-loading issues that complicated things for those who handle decimal points differently. My apologies for these oversights. I hope they are all addressed in this latest update. But now, let's move on to the more enjoyable news.
Firstly, I've added a new tutorial pointer commonly seen in other games. I initially decided against it, but feedback from our invaluable QA team and your experiences have shown its necessity. As they say, better late than never! The Quick Tutorial will guide you to various buttons and items, providing a more structured learning experience, as shown below.

Another issue was the difficulty in differentiating between locked features due to progress in research and those unavailable in the demo. I've updated the UI, particularly in the Research book, to make these distinctions more evident.

I've also noted that the Quick Tutorial was too brief and didn't show you how to fix the tower to defend against enemies. To remedy this, I've reintroduced a few steps into the tutorial for better guidance.

Lastly, to keep things interesting, there's now a new challenge waiting for you at the end of the Quick Tutorial, offering a little hint that there's more to come.

Other things of note:
- Mages will now think poorly on having to flee in battle, don't let it happen too often!
- Portal sell times have been reduced by 25% and the tutorial will warn players to make sure to use the Novice as the only member of the team with Bartering skill
- Fixed defaulting languages and removed bad translations from the build
- Fixed culture variance on reading floating point numbers from the data models
- Fixed Skip Night button for tooltip to display correctly
- Fixed movement keys from intermittently locking up while in the build menu
