Hotfix 0.1c: Bonus Battles and Bug fixing!

Hey folks,
Hotfix patch 0.1c is out now. As it's the first week with the game, I'll be doing hotfixes pretty often, while larger patches (not labeled hotfixes) are planned to be every two weeks.

The Bonus Battle feature from the Demo is back! I still have plans to incorporate more into this feature during Early Access, but due to popular demand, the version from the demo has returned!

[*] Directly controlled minion attacks due to Overmind auto target if there is only one elligible enemy.

[h2]Bug Fixes:
[/h2]#377 Augury issue identified. Charges are reset between shopping rounds
#407 Quest Inconsistency. Augury's quest of "Summon 4 minions" resets at the beginning of each round. Where other quests like "Summon 3 Skeletons" carry on their count between rounds. If this is intended, then something should be added to Augury to indicate that it must be in the same round.
#380 When resting, the components of your actions seem to still be on the screen and will give their tooltip when hovering in a seemingly empty place. This becomes particularly noticeable if you are reading along to the event text with your mouse.
#382 "Bring forth a follower" text is right aligned when expected to be center aligned.
(technically this was because the icon for the ritual being unlocked was not visible, so the left margin looked weird)
#381 When needing to remove a spell, the overlay for you static buffs are on top making it difficult to interact with the spell (or see what it is)
#383 Possibly a placeholder for something else, but reporting in case it's not. Treasure Chest appears to have a duplicate entry in the collection.
#384 Slumbering Dragon's text implies that he will wake up at 20 health (or after 20 damage, unclear). In reality he wakes up when you complete the first health stage (the true half health point) which occurs at 50 health/damage done.
#385 The cursor is layered behind the dropdown for animation speed. Expected to be in front of dropdown.
#391 Strange interaction between Squashbuckler & Grotesquerize. When I use the spell on Squashbuckler, I would expect Squashbuckler to stay dead since it's being destroyed before it's Combat Start procs, but instead it respawns itself.
#401 Abilities like Tiny Ghost should fire during noncombat phase, even if in storage

#378 Soul Sorceress' ability isn't triggering Death Cycle a second time
#404 Deathcycle only triggers once in the first slot and using the Soul Sorceress.
Death Cycle, Bifurcate, and Overmind's wording has been updated to clarify that they are passive effect spells.

#393 sludgekeeper missing the proc when merging units directly from the shop
Note: 0.1a & .01b were hotfixes that targeted very specific bugs around CPU usage and lost save files, and thus did not have hotfix patchnotes released.
