Beta Update: Exploring Content changes

I am exploring some new content changes on the beta branch, in pursuit of having a more complete content update for this summer. These are subject to change in a few days, so let me know what you think!

I am experimenting with making Mastery a little more intentional, rather than incidental. I may end up increasing the power of Study in response.
