Stratum Descent Update 1

Hello all! Releasing the first big update for Stratum Descent. Quite a number of updates, fixes and new content, so this will be more of a generalization of what this update has.

[*] Added 5 new stratums to defeat. This comes with a number of new enemies as well
[*] All Relics are now in the game to be discovered
[*] 5 new events
[*] Stratums now have unique tiles associated with them

[*] Rebalanced the cost of slotting cards
[*] Players now start with 75 health
[*] Increased general power of all starting cards
[*] Rebalanced enemies especially in lower startums
[*] Added ability to hover over cards when placed on an enemy to better see number updates
[*] Changed up cost of character upgrades (cheaper)
[*] Changed up drop rates
[*] Changed up fragment gain from cards and stones after defeating enemies
[*] Ability to health while not in a fight
[*] Enemy attacks are now more randomized and dynamic
