We've almost reached the content phase of development for Seer's Gambit. This means that most big features and systems are implemented and now we can focus on adding cool content to the game. I say almost, because we still have one big ticket left to sort. Controller support. We want to make sure that Seer's Gambit can be played and enjoyed equally whether you prefer keyboard & mouse or controllers. There's a lot of work involved to ensure that the game feels native to both ways of navigating, but the most challenging thing has been to ensure that it also works well on a smaller screen. Because we want to make sure it can be played on the Steam Deck! :) For the past week we've worked on adjusting and polishing UI and menus to ensure that text and icons are legible on smaller screens while still looking good on PC. We're almost there and then it's full throttle on content. We've implemented a whole new zone-type to explore. The purple dungeon where corruption has seeped in and turned all previous inhabitants into feral zombies and mutants. The Gravejester swaps place with the most damaged friendly unit and puts down graves to block the enemy advance. She's an excellent tank as long as your other heroes doesn't get too close to her.
