Patch notes for 0.2.14

This patches brings some welcomed changes including settings on the main menu. Lots of various issues resolved and many improvements.
After the last set of patches I have started using an experimental branch. A few brave players have been playing on it and I believe it is now ready for everyone else. I plan to continue to put out patches for 0.2 but I am also going to start working on 0.3. Thank you everyone for your diligence with reporting issues and providing feedback!

[*] Dropped items are now limited to 300. Once this limit is met the oldest dropped item will be destroyed. This is to help with performance issues.
[*] Improved key binding support to keypad and many other less commonly used keys
[*] Added a Early Access disclaimer that is displayed after launching the game
[*] Moved all player facing text over to locale file to better support future localizations
[*] Improved paragraph word wrapping
[*] Improved Ancient Device interface
[*] Automatic UI scaling now works off of resolution height rather than width
[*] Optimized UI memory usage
[*] Resolved several memory leaks caused by saved and exit to menu
