This update moves all the updates done under the Player Bubble Beta into the main public branch. 1. Fix for SA-349 Gazelle custom textures. 2. Renamed "Mission Planning" button to "Map / Mission Planning". 3. Fixed a couple of spelling mistakes that had been reported in the mission briefing screen 4. Sidearm now does a "Line of Sight" check before homing in on a radar source. This should prevent it from going after targets that are hidden behind terrain. 5. Sidearms should no longer try to engage BTRs. 6. Sidearms have better stability when fired and should be a lot less likely to nose dive or fly off course when "blind firing". 7. TOW missiles have better maneuverability allowing them to engage targets more effectively. This also allows TOW missiles to be fired at high speed from the Cheyenne and at a closer range. 8. Added in some more music tracks. 9. Fixed a bug in the terrain streaming system which would sometimes cause trees to not show up when they were far from the camera. 10. New flyable helicopter - the AH-56 Cheyenne complete with multiple skins. 11. Fixed a bug that would cause the radar icon of wingman to persist if they were added to the mission and then removed. 12. Fixed a bug that would cause duplicate NAV waypoint names to be displayed on the HUD even though they are named correctly on the mission planning map. This only effected infantry missions that used multiple target waypoints e.g. pickup, mission point & drop off 13. Enabled the player bubble system for CAS support aircraft allowing them to continue their mission even when outside the bubble! 14. Fixed a bug in the wingman "Move To" commands which would cause the waypoint to time out making the wingman land on the ground (or crash!). 15. There is now a "Zoom View" control in the "View Controls" area. This allows you to zoom in using either a key command or joystick axis. This control is "positive" only i.e. it only works in the positive direction of the axis which makes it suitable for binding to a joypad trigger. It should also work on joystick sliders or dials too and is TrackIR compatible. 16. MFDs can now be moved closer together by using the sliders in the "Game Settings" menu. I've added some aspect ratio guide positions as well. 17. Updated the flight vector line on the HUD so that it will rescale itself when you hit above 10m/s (roughly 20kts). This helps to declutter the HUD. 18. Steam VR mode beta is now available. You'll need to opt-in to the "vrbeta" beta. More information in the forum ːsteamhappyː The next beta will be the "Sector System" beta which will be the pre-cursor for the Dynamic Campaign system. This beta is likely to last quite a while as it will include a wide range of upgrades to various systems. ːsteamsunnyː
