Since Reus (2013), many things evolved! This new title is a sequel a decade in the making. Abbey Games’ love for Reus never faded. Find what you can do in Reus 2:

[*] Control Giants: Play with a roster of powerful giants as they shape planets. Foster or punish the development of human societies. The choice is yours.
[*] Experiment with Natural Resources: Using different combinations of flora and fauna together can help find new interactions between these elements and witness how they change the human societies that inhabit that world.
[*] Observe and Define Your Own Goals: Shape the development of humanity and watch as their societies evolve from primitive eras to advanced civilizations. Whether they are obsessed space explorers or self-destructive warmongers, who are you to judge humanity’s choices?
[*] Leave a Lasting Legacy: Each playthrough leaves a lasting legacy in the stars - and inspires new paths to take.
To give a little more info on the devs, Abbey Games is a Dutch independent studio that makes deep and complex management games fun for everyone. Their debut god game Reus was a surprise hit in the summer of 2013 and their second strategy management game, Renowned Explorers, launched in 2015 to incredibly positive reviews. Their third game Godhood released in 2020.
And we are Firesquid Games, an indie publisher focused on games that include strategizing and thinking in their broadest sense; from tactics to city-builders or any other game where the brain is the most important muscle. Firesquid aims at developing a catalog of strategy titles that modernize and revisit their genres. Firesquid works closely with developers to help them make the best game they can, and focuses on developing communities around their strategy games.
