Polish, Music, Netcode and Rockets Update

In Konkwest expansion actions are now symbolized by exploding rockets instead of just explosions.
Also there is a lot of new music implemented!

[*]The game no longer soft-crashes when the host disconnects from a multiplayer game.
[*]The multiplayer system works as intended again using room codes, which are now properly used and enforced.
[*]Cross-platform multiplayer between Windows and Android is confirmed functional.

[*]Long tooltips are now displayed across multiple lines instead of running over the edge of the screen.
[*]The multiplayer button is correctly labeled when in multiplayer.
[*]Tooltips, the place UI, and multiselector options now support Arabic script properly.
[*]Help articles no longer glitch out near the screen edges when scrolling.
[*]It is now possible to open the power info for places with no country and for places with no power.
[*]The loading screen can show the mountain image from the leaderboard.
[*]The "Enter player name" popup opens after the loading screen instead of during it.
[*]No longer showing a popup that a new game started. (Because it's obvious.)
