Fixes • Optimized Dekan’s target priority algorithm based on volume level to improve overall behavior • Fixed an issue that could cause Dekan to incorrectly target VR players • Fixed an issue where the electronic disturbance phenomenon was making the headlamp audibly “click” • Fixed an issue where objectives could potentially show up twice on the excavation tent monitor • Fixed an issue where dying in a round below level 1 would incorrectly display player’s levels as “0” when returning to the lobby area • Fixed an issue where markup from Steam names would be parsed by the game and visually alter the appearance of player names • Fixed an issue with missing characters in non-English languages • Fixed translation issue with the “Drop” text in the keybinding menu • Added a fix that should help reduce the frequency of timeouts / crashes back to lobby for those with unstable internet connections • Fixed an issue where a page from the office could potentially appear in dungeons Changes • Put some extra “life” into the reanimation phenomenon – once reanimated, mummified corpses will now roam the halls and attack the living • The chance for reanimation to occur as a phenomenon has increased • A new room variation has been added with more mummified corpses • Further balanced tool upgrade costs and minimum player level requirements per tool / upgrade. • Level 5 tools are now available for purchase for those meeting the minimum level requirements • The Heka Amulet’s use cooldown has increased per level • The value of objective gold piles throughout the dungeons now scales up per player in a match. This means the possible value of individual gold piles will double for two players, triple for three, etc. For example, a gold pile that would contain a base value of 20 pieces for a solo adventurer will now contain 40 for a group of two, 60 for a group of three, and 80 for a group of four. • In addition to the base-value scaling, a bonus percentage is now added to the objective gold piles per additional player in a group, as follows: ---2 players = +5% bonus amount ---3 players = +10% bonus amount ---4 players = +15% bonus amount This, as well as the change mentioned in the previous bullet above, is meant to encourage more group play, since you are guaranteed to have gold piles spawn with greater values. • The following two changes have been made to empower newer explorers to utilize more equipment sooner in identifying the Mejai type: ---The compass and Geiger counter are now default tools ---The prices of all level 1 tools have decreased • Added Russian language support • Added Turkish language support • Minor CPU performance improvement when taking a photo Additional Notes (in effect as of of 9/20/21) • Enabled support for Cloud Saves in Steam so game saves can be retained between devices • Enabled support for GeForce NOW
