-Re-Scaled Mob HP, Def, Dmg for mobs -Changed how Player damage is calculated, it was double dipping with slot * gem then gem damage stat * gear. Its now just Slot * gem. -Damage Talent is now a mult -Skill points are now useful as they give up to 1% damage per point -Improved some UI descriptions -Broke and kinda mostly fixed Colosseum shader -Changed mob death effect -Fixed a bug with Seal sliders not calculating on first slide -Possible bug fix for Party HUD display and party UI not showing the same members when someone disconnects -Change to Defense / Damage pen UI display values -Fix for a few broken OP runes -Fix for Bounty submissions crashing party -Proc's now proc less when under 25% penetration due to a possible crash bug that can occur by ending up in a proc loop due to not killing the mob -Damage and heal abilities were removed / replaced. -Most HOTS now only tick for a few seconds -Some heals were improved -Enchanter Normal Attack alternate Rune was changed to an Aura -Wiz Shield is now an AOE -Fix for null when starting game
