-Started using LiteNetLib4 for Chat(should keep chat connection alive)
-Added chat command /ReloadDPS to reset the DPS meter(untested)
-Move around some tool-tip code for skills(might have broke some)
-Added logic to fix high level mobs that might have been lost and spawned on the wrong floor.
-Changed Gem Crafting time calculation to (((GemLevel/2)/(ServerMaxStage/2))) * Craft time this should help newer players and alts catch up a little quicker :)
-Added slider to disable Gear Drop graphics
-Increased Mob HP by a truckload and some subject to change pending result(Didnt touch event boss)
-Fixed a bad calculation in sending custom number struct to client. Some numbers could appear higher under special circumstances.
-Fixed Boss Battle Start time. It now starts at 5min remaining.
-Ultimate skill has been changed to a heal for Cleric, Occultist, Druid, Enchanter, Bard
-Druid Rain caller cool-down reduced to 6 from 8
-Druid Detonate mana base damage and damage per level increase to 160 from 16
-Fixed a monk projectile for normal attack and furious fists
-Mend now buffs defenses and gives a small 5 tick heal over time cool-down from 60 to 20
-Damage and heal skills heal for 2.5% from 5%
-Nomad Skewer is now a Damage and Heal ability
-Ranger Barbed shot is now a Damage and Heal ability
-Rogue Shank is now damage and heal
-Warrior counter Damage reduced to 1 base 1 per level but now provides a 1% HP shield
-Wiz Ice Spear is now Damage and Heal
-Target view now displays your Penetration and Defense %s
-Health recovery is no longer disabled in combat.
-Health Gem has been buffed from 10 hp per level to 30
-Increased Max HP scaling from 2.5 to 3.5 for tanks and 2 to 3 for all others
-Defense per level reduced from 2.5 to 2.25 for tanks 1.5 to 1.25 for all others
-Healing bonus scaling increased from 10 to 20 for all but tanks
