Here I am, May 1st, at home sick because my throat hurts so much that i can barely talk. Thank goodness I can still type! Here's a quick overview on what went down in April. I'm going to lead with the bad news: I made the decision in April to switch to weekend-only dev work. My day job is just too intensive right now to keep up a proper weekly dev work schedule. This will most likely continue until late May, when my job goes on hiatus. In fact, it looks like dev work will then become my primary source of income as family circumstances have made it so that I cannot get a summer job. But we're not here to go into details about my life, we're here to talk Clash. Still, worth a mention: I've had to severely reduce dev work time, but will greatly increase it at the end of this month. The good news is, I wrapped up the writing for Chapter 2! I still need to go back and add the visuals and sound and music, but hey writing is a big chunk of it. So I am glad that is over. :-) Its been a fun chapter, very slice-of-life ish and a bit more humorous before it all goes to heck in Chapter 3. Plus, any progress is good progress at this point. So...the May Hype Update is not as long as I had hoped. But there's still a lot in here. Hopefully next month's hype update will pick up the tempo a bit more. We shall see, I suppose. Oh and before I leave, the first game is on sale 40% off from 5/1 to 5/8, so be sure to pick it up if you haven't already, kthanxbai https://store.steampowered.com/app/2222480/Clash_Robot_Detective__Complete_Edition/
