Update 0.0.4.0 - NEW LOCATION and various improvements

Greetings, dear players! We are pleased to present you with a major update, which includes an extensive list of changes and improvements.

[*] Added a new location - Bunker!
[*] For the convenience of players, the Ghost's responses are duplicated in the text chat.
[*] Also, the Ghost's responses when disabling generative AI have been improved. The alternative voiceover of the Ghost, which works when disabling generative AI, has been improved.

[*] Fixed a visual bug with the supposed ability to add yourself infinitely in the voting when choosing a map
[*] Fixed a visual bug with a clearly visible source of player character illumination in the world
[*] Fixed the inability to exorcise the Wormhole ghost trap using the Crucifix
[*] Fixed a bug with the "Resume" button sometimes not working in the game menu
[*] Fixed the point where the player character gets stuck in the Hospital location
[*] Fixed the description of the Onryo ghost in the journal
[*] Fixed the incorrect effect of the difficulty modifier parameter - "Hunt Frequency"

[*] Interaction with some interactive objects (piano, canvas, record player) in the location slightly increases the aggressiveness of the Ghost, affecting its danger.
[*] The Ghost (based on generative AI) has a better understanding of its current mood, which changes throughout the session, and therefore can influence its responses, decisions, and actions.
[*] The Ghost can now interact with interactive objects that it previously could not (music player, piano)
[*] Banishing the Ghost's traps now partially restores the player character's Sanity
[*] Banishing the Ghost fully restores the player character's Sanity

[*] Decreased the strength of the visual effect of the fish eye when Sanity decreases
[*] Increased the effectiveness of Sanity restoration after using Sedatives
[*] Increased the frequency of the ghost trap - Wormhole
[*] Significantly improved and simplified circle recognition when creating a Circle of Salt
[*] Added an echo (reverberation) effect to the Hospital location
