another hotfix

-health count in inventory always displayed correcttly
-missing voice overs for demolishing outposts and unique buildings fixed
-enemies in total conquest will ignore hostile settlements and focus only on the player settlements
-turrets on fixed locations for sale are disabled for performance
-turrets on settlements that aren't aggro are disabled for performance
-tons of small nullref style errorrs
-gunfire in intro animations for the scenarios, re-enabled
-removed turret pop in intro animations
-rebalanced total conquest to start slower
-hostile fortresses are spawned later in your progression
-missile fort nerfed cuz was OP
As always at launch these hotfixes are hot and fast, let me know if I broke anything report it in the forums or on discord.
