When activated, the emergency beacon outputs a signal. This signal can be picked up by the emergency beacon locator, which outputs pulses indicating how close the emergency beacon signal is. The range of emergency beacons is huge. We recommend connecting the output of your beacon locator to a buzzer, indicator, or light. The closer you get, the faster the pulses.
