This month we divided our team into two groups. The first was given the task of building one level in the mountains. Where there are beautiful views of the lake, and despite a really not easy climb, they managed to prepare an interesting and difficult level! The area is taken care of by an old trapper, and in addition to the parking lot there is, of course, the most magnificent building of the chalet itself, as well as several smaller houses prepared for rent. The task will be to clear the snow from the parking lot and the paths. And as in most levels, a surprise will be waiting for you.... This is what the shelter looks like now: It is also worth visiting at different times of the day and in different weather because the views are phenomenal! It concerned the message system. It was rewritten practically from scratch and now the messages appear one at a time and roll up to a counter. And under the [i] key you can at any time see the messages displayed so far, delete the unnecessary ones and generally keep the messages in order. And in the process of making our devlog public, we were reminded of a team that practically everyone had forgotten about. Some of the guys are sitting in the basement and all the time coding methods and animations for clearing snow other than plots. And it turned out that the guys had already implemented practically all the mechanics for clearing snow from roads and even areas that don't belong to any levels! However, we collectively decided that the animation of the snow rejected by the blades still needs work - so the guys took their code and went back to the basement to improve the animations. We are waiting for the results...
