Hellblade 2 Lorestangir are the equivalent of Lorestones from Senua's Sacrifice. These collectible totems contain a fragment of the skáldic verse of Grettir the Strong, narrated by Druth.
There are 18 Lorestangir in Hellblade 2 in total, and they can be located in chapters one through five. You can activate the Lorestangir using your Focus ability, just like Hellblade 2 faces. Once activated, the rune displayed turns red and Druth narrates the relevant fragment of the skald's verse.
