[list] [*] Parallax layers are [b]improved[/b]. They can now render in the map editor (editor settings) and render according to their "size" in the engine. Simply put, they scale based on the tile's dimension, but additionally will "scale" based on Scale X/Z in the configuration for it. [*] Allowing screen flash to occur on UI and scene (map/battle/etc) separately, if desired. [*] Fixed an uncommon issue with character/portrait/battle animations that have 0 width or height crashing.
