Hello Puffin Planes players! This is a small update to address a few bugs as well as improve your QoL while playing the game. I am putting this out now so that I can focus on the Airplane and Airline skill tree update in the next few weeks. Don't know what that is? Join the Discord to get a sneak peak!

New chart: Average Trip Length
Beta v9
Features:
- Can now force send the plane to its next destination. Intended to help players manually rebalance longer routes.
- Passenger spawn rate is now configurable
- New charts: Avg. Trip Length and Score.
- Can now use the +/- keys to zoom in and out.
- Plane contrails now scale based on how full a plane is. Empty planes will have no contrails, while full planes will have long contrails.
- Cities now have a "heartbeat" that is based on how many people are waiting there.
Changes:
- Charts now scale following the pattern '10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, ...' rather than '10, 100, 1000, ...' to be more gentle.
- Your score is now affected by passenger trip length. If you take many flights to deliver a passenger to their final destination, you will get less score.
- Connecting flights no longer increase the total ticket price a passenger is willing to pay. This was causing an exploit where it was more profitable to make connecting flights. It was originally added to subsidize the early-game however this is no longer necessary because of other superior early game balancing solutions.
- "New Plane" is now "Click to add new plane" in Route Card.
- Tweaks to the Airplane UI to fix spacing, graphics issues and better-promote hierarchy for new players who often miss the "Assign Plane" button.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where using multi-routes would break plane repositioning.
- Fixed a bug where multi-routes would break the calculations for the Well-served Routes goal.
