Balance changes 10-12

Hello everyone,
Thank you for bearing with us as we work through some minor balance issues. Our time for external playtesting was quite limited given the circumstances of our development, so we may have accidentally increased the difficulty a bit too much because our developers are too good at the game ;) As a result, we have made the following changes:

[*] Removed bats from area 1
[*] Increased starting health for starting character (Rogo), 3D, and Dogo.
[*] Minor nerfs to shield enemy, car enemy, bats, and blue Constructus bricks
[*] Added more platforms and other small adjustments to area 1's level layouts
[*] Minor nerfs to area 2 and 3 level layouts (we will likely make a few more adjustments in the coming days)

Additionally, we are hoping to implement mouse movement as an option for tilt controls in the coming weeks to improve the keyboard and mouse experience- we've been meaning to do this for a while, but our schedule has been tight so we haven't been able to get around to it just yet. Steam Achievements are also currently in the works!
