Hi everyone, We'd like to thank you all for providing your feedback on our latest demo during the Steam Next Fest! We've learned a lot and are working hard to release the best game possible. There is much more content coming up in the full game than what we've offered in the demo, and we can't wait to share it with you. Most notably, we're looking forward to seeing what you all create with it! Regarding the feedback on our game, we're really glad to see you all satisfied with the main pillars of our game. However, we'd also like to express our appreciation for the feedback about the many little quirks and issues that we haven't yet addressed (e.g., some UI elements, sound/visual effects, animations). The scope of the game and the concept, in general, is almost limitless, while our development capacity really isn't. We see all the imperfections as well, and we're working on them now. We will continue working on them during early access and will keep improving things after release as well. Notably, we are also starting to receive feedback of opposing preferences. Some people like the busy management aspect of handling everything around the studio, while others call for more automation. Some want us to focus more on the creative aspects of the game, while others prefer the simulation and the numbers. Some say they only care about either the custom movie editor or the tycoon game. It's probably impossible to satisfy everyone, but we sure as heck will try. We've decided to change our release from a regular one to early access. During early access, we want to achieve the following:

Collect feedback on the simulation part of the game
Collect feedback on the custom character and movie-making part of the game
Improve and fix all the little quirks and issues people find
See which part of the game is more enticing to players and where they like to spend most of their time
If either the simulation or the creativity part of the game is heavily preferred by the players, we'll continue development on that part. If both are important to the players and one has no meaning without the other, we'll update the game mechanics to better reflect that and intertwine the two worlds. This will also influence where we want to take our game next with feature expansions. For now, we continue working hard on the full game coming on the 25th. The early access release is not reducing our scope or content in any way and will not last for too long. It's the full game coming out. We just want our community to help us shape it in their preferred way, and we want to make it clear that we are still working on and improving our game until we are absolutely satisfied with it. We'll see you all very soon! :)
