📢 Release Schedule Delay Notice
Hello, we are the development team of LumineNight.
We have been making relentless efforts to avoid the sole issue of not meeting our release schedule, but we have come to the point where we must inform you that the official launch date of LumineNight will have to be delayed in order to achieve the level of completeness we aim for the game.
LumineNight is scheduled to be officially released on Steam within the third quarter of 2024.
We apologize for the disappointment caused by our lack of capability.
Currently, Spickasoft is supplementing our workforce with new staff, and the entire team is focusing all their efforts on the production of the main content of Luminenight.
Up to this point, the entire script for Luminenight and its English translation have been completed. The main scenario includes dialogue of more than 50,000 words in length (equivalent to more than one published novel).
The main part of Luminenight will feature a total of 34 maps, with work on 22 of these maps completed and the remaining 12 partially completed. During the remaining period, we plan to finish these maps and enhance the quality of the already completed backgrounds. Additionally, more than 36 animated characters will appear in the main content, with over 90% of them, or 31 characters, having their work completed, including characters with more than ten facial animation expressions.
Moreover, work on hundreds of cutscenes, document-type objects, and small object cutscenes has been completed and is ongoing.
We apologize for the delay and will do our best to ensure a release within the third quarter, no matter what.
