When it was introduced to matchmaking in [i]Halo 5[/i], Castle Wars quickly became a fan favorite. The large-scale assault on the enemy’s base to grab the flag led to high-risk, high reward plays that kept us all coming back for more. [hr][/hr] [h2]The Base-ics[/h2] It’s an amped up version of 8v8 Capture the Flag that necessitates your team breaking through the defenses of the opponent’s heavily fortified castles. Everyone is equipped with an Energy Sword and a Grappleshot. As a bonus, you can use your Grapple while holding the Flag, so beware the sneaky fly-bys.
