We've been listening to all your feedback and we've identified a couple of key areas that we wanted to improve on to make Hadleys Run more enjoyable and fulfilling to play. [h2][b]Reducing the grind[/b][/h2] Our focus is on making the game as fun as possible. The last thing we want you awesome players to feel is that the game is grindy and requires a lot of hard and boring work to unlock cool upgrades and feel progress. We respect your time and we don't want to waste it! To address this we've lowered the cost of permanent upgrades across the board and reduced the cost of building portals that take you from one galaxy to the next. This should be a good starting point and we will continue to monitor this and make changes. [h2][b]Fulfilling the power fantasy[/b][/h2] We want players to get fun and impactful upgrades earlier! We want you to feel OP and bad-ass! We have so many great upgrades that are unlocked by certain criteria (like killing a certain amount of enemies) but we found that our requirements were far too high. We've reduced those requirements significantly so that you can start rocking a kick ass arsenal sooner. We also had certain restrictions that prevented certain legendary upgrades from appearing in certain galaxies. We've mostly removed those restrictions so that more powerful upgrades will appear sooner. We've also slightly increased the chances for rare and legendary upgrades to appear after combat. [h2][b]Future Changes[/b][/h2] We're currently working on coming up with some creative new permanent upgrades that feel more impactful and allow players to feel a greater sense of progression.
