[h3]《GESTALT: The Fifth Day》Halloween Update + Another Day DLC Patch Notes![/h3]
Hey y'all!
The game's biggest update is here, along with a DLC. This means a lot of changes have been added to the game, which we can go over now. PLEASE NOTE: These changes only apply to the EN translation of the game! This update and the DLC have not been localized, so for international players, you will not have these changes just yet. Otherwise, here are the notes!

[h3]HALLOWEEN UPDATE[/h3]

[*] Achievement data has been reworked to better sync achievements between the game and Steam's backend. The internal achievement screen can be used by player to report any differences between what their own achievement progress says in comparison to their progress on Steam. There will be an internal system that will sync the player's current achievement progress with this new system in order to ensure that no current achievement progress is lost during the update.
[*] The "Mein Gott!" achievement has been added to the game.
[*] The use of persistent data to track playthroughs has reworked. Some players beat the game on an outdated framework that caused an error upon beating the game only in select playthroughs, while those with Update 2 seem to not have this issue. This new framework is the basis for this update, and the game will update automatically in order to prevent this issue in the future.
[*] The UI and functionality of the laptop has changed in order to better integrate it into the game itself, and make searches easier.
[*] Rollback has been removed across select areas of the game in order to allow players to undo certain choices if they wish (scenarios affected: EMMA, RADIO, and ETERNITY).
[*] Scares have been made unskippable across the game (have fun!). This was made to prevent instances where players would click text too fast, miss it, and become confused.
[*] Super Emma Mode can now be accessed during Days 2, 3, and 4.
[*] A small handful of new search terms have been added to the laptop.
[*] The cylinder lock used in ETERNITY has been changed and updated, but still provides the same results. This was to ease confusion around working the lock itself upon being found, and now is much easier to use.
[*] An asset in the bedroom during Day 1 will now have a chance to change
[*] An asset in the kitchen during Day 1 has been changed in order to better reflect the BUTCHER scenario from the DLC.
[*] An asset has been added to the prologue of the DRAIN scenario.
[*] Two assets have had their positions corrected and adjusted during the EMMA scenario.
[*] New, small lines of dialogue have been added/altered during the ETERNITY scenario.
[*] One of the two base game secret codes has been moved to the DLC. This decision was made because what that code unlocks is [b]incredibly[/b] useful for long-term play and achievement hunting, and needs to be made easier to find for players who wish to explore more of the game. Though it's been relegated to the DLC, it is much easier to find now. Additionally, for anyone who found this code previously, it is still available in the base game without the DLC, and can still be activated without the DLC as well.

[h3]ANOTHER DAY DLC[/h3]

[*] 3 new scenarios have been added to Days 2, 3, and 4 (BUTCHER, GNOMES, and DUNGEON respectively).
[*] A new post-game scenario has been added to the game. This scenario unlocks after you have obtained Ending II, and if you have already gotten Ending II, the scenario already be unlocked for you. You can play this scenario by accessing it from the game's main menu in the bottom-right corner.
[*] 7 new achievements are added to the game: [b]Bury a Friend, Seconds, Dungeon Master, A Life Worth Living, Such a Miserable Life, Secret Master,[/b] and [b]Another Day[/b].
[*] 2 new secret codes have been added to the game.
[*] 1 base-game secret code has been moved to the DLC (read within the "Halloween Update" section above for more information).
[*] A few new search terms are added to the laptop.
[*] Secret dialogue and conversations have been added to the game.
[*] New hints are given at the end of BUTCHER, GNOMES, and DUNGEON's good endings.
[*] Dialogue in Day 5 will change if you have gotten one of the bad endings to the GNOMES scenario. Dialogue has also been added to the end of the game if you are about to get Ending II and have gotten the good endings to BUTCHER, GNOMES, and/or BUTCHER.
[*] An area of the house will be slightly different in Day 4 if you have gotten the good ending to the GNOMES scenario.
