This time with some fairly significant changes that have happened in the background. Most notably, the LRPC no longer exists. It has been replaced with a stockpile-able cruise missile launcher! Additionally, nuclear missiles now do lots of damage to an area, but do not deal catastrophic damage in a single blow. They are also much cheaper to build (as are their counters).
