Fixes
-You can now increase a faction wanted level succesfully
-You can now decrease a faction wanted level succesfully
-Actions on friendly/neutral/enemy faction are now shown correctly
-Polished up tooltips text
-Only the first trait was shown of a player character.
Balancing
-The chance to injure a character is now lower
-Lowered the amount of guns needed for robbing to 1
-Lowered the chance that a new mission will appear
-Increased the price of dynamites in Missions
-It's now harder to rob a house but also more rewarding
-Stealing/robbing store/gas stations is now more rewarding
Additions
-You can now see a factions's wanted level
-There is now a guide inside the game that as the time goes on it will get bigger and bigger
-Enemy Ai will now try to get themselves out of investigations, if there is an active one
