[u]This patch does the following:[/u] - A brand new playable character: [u][b]ice mage Blizzie McIcer[/b][/u]! She comes with 6 new active spells and 6 new passive skills as well as a brand new damage type: Ice. - 5 new achievements! - Achievements now give a bonus when starting a new game. (5 achivements converts to 1 universal skill point) - Improved a few base game functions, making the game less prone to lag and smoother in general. To mention some things: better collisions checks for projectiles, the players projectiles also checks for collision so you don't waste mana, beings will move away from fire and ice-tiles, etc. - Made shadows much more visible, hopefully making the game easier to read. - Updated some of the graphics, most notably grass. - Buildings now yield XP when destroyed. - The Archmages circle-attack is now psynched, so you will actually be safe outside the shown area. - When using move-skills with Burnie and Graethal, you are now 'phased' and can't take damage. - Beings can now drown as well. - Some overall balancing of spells. - No more invisible blocked tiles after destroying buildings. - The looks of empire units (skin- and hair color) now changes between each map instead of only when you restart the game, which was a bug. - Many more minor fixes and bug-removals! As always: A billion thanks for the feedback, support and bug-reports! I really wanted to add a save-game-function with this patch, but that will be added with the next bigger patch!
