While traveling, between battles, they can sort through the garbage, craft new items and repair your boat. Every crew member can become even more useful by acquiring various skills: use a certain type of weapon better, repair your vessel faster, place more cargo in the hold. You can teach your crew using Skill Points that can be acquired by completing missions in your naval adventure.
