Built as an airline hub capable of operating 24 hours a day on an artificial island in Ise Bay, Chubu Centrair International Airport(NGO/RJGG) is used by domestic as well as Asian and European airlines. It is designed for operational efficiency, with taxiways functionally positioned to efficiently connect the runways with the passenger terminals.
