Content Update #1 - Perpetual Mode

The first major content update 'Perpetual Mode' is out now for ZOMBETES!
[b]New Gameplay Feature: Perpetual Mode[/b]

[*] Roguelite mode where progress is retained after death
[*] Earn currency by surviving the night, defeating foes, and curing infections or wounds
[*] Spend currency in the 'After-Life' store to gain permanent buffs that will improve your survivability
[*] Progress is auto-saved and can be continued when restarting the game (cloud saves supported)

[i]Access 'Perpetual Mode' by typing 'I am alive' when prompted to 'Wake up'.[/i]
[b]New Command: 'Drive'[/b]

[*] Vehicles can now be used to 'drive' to the next level
[*] Requires using GASOLINE and an item for the ignition (e.g. SCREWDRIVER)
[*] Can no longer 'rest' in vehicles

[b]Context Window Updates[/b]

[*] The 'Context Window' can now be resized, and the ASCII image will scale with it
[*] Added new ASCII imagery for humans, animals, animal zombies, commands, and items
[*] Updated ASCII imagery for some zombies and the 'look' command
[*] Added image 'wiggle' when attacking a foe

[*] Added more areas and items
[*] 'Useless' items (e.g. 'POOL NOODLE') will now distract hostile NPCs
[*] Added more NPC conversations
[*] Items given from NPCs in conversation are no longer strictly predetermined
[*] Human NPCs may now give hints to find important items in a level
[*] Added chance for predetermined items to spawn in some rooms
[*] Less likely for level generation logic to select the same areas twice in a row
[*] Added more 'book' and 'letter' contents

[*] 'Continue' command room selection improved to more reliably cycle through all areas in a level
[*] 'Read' command can now be used on its own to automatically 'read' a readable item within a room
[*] 'Attack' command flow improved

[*] Fixed Context Window revealing the NPC when entering a darkened area
[*] Fixed issues with 'barricade' command not selecting the correct type when multiple barricade types are present within an area
[*] Fixed inability to read books after having read a single book
