Issues Regarding Server Request Timeouts

The Weyrdworks team would like to express our deepest apologies that the game experience hasn't been smooth sailing for many players so far. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and bug reports that have been sent to us.
We are aware of the ongoing issues reported and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our servers had an unexpected surge of traffic and this caused a server breakdown.
Issues affected are :

[*] Not being able to received rewards from Daily Login Rewards
[*] Unable to level up Collections
[*] Unable to send pet out for an Adventure or retrieve them from Adventures
[*] Pet Stats updates and "Luck Increased" notifications are delayed
[*] Request timeouts
