TPS view
Is it too late to change the way we look at the world, a few months before release? NO it's never too late! I decided to turn the game into a TPS, and made the transition pretty quickly. After that I spend a few days in anxiety thinking that it's probably not a wise idea to make such a radical change this late in the project. Well, after a few days of indecision, I decided to listen to my instinct, and go with the change. There is no going back now, I'm prepared to die on the TPS hill!
Two new chapters and a new boss
Beyond the void is a new chapter with a new boss, The Shadow! You can finally face the demon that kidnapped your friends, and defeat it!
Hunter's Way is a chapter that combines alllll of the previous chapters, linking them together in challenging and colorful rush of adrenaline!
End game
You might think that the game is over when you finish the chapters... but honestly, the chapters are more like a long tutorial, and the real game begins when you start the Hunter's Way! You can set your own difficulty, and unlock the 25+ new characters, or the 4 new melee weapon skins! Test your aim, movement and reflexes as you try and complete the game on a higher difficulty!
Multiplayer on Steam
In addition to the pizza flavoured LAN experience that some of the privileged players already experienced, now you can play with your friends through Steam! Your buddy starts the game in London, you right click on their name in your steam friend's list, and you can join into their game from Tokyo. It's as simple as that! I know, it's kinda crazy. You might wanna wishlist the game.
Flashy buildings and environment
I liked the look of the game, but something was missing. Big giant landmarks that make the atmosphere more interesting! I added many new assets and buildings to the environment, making it look more alive, and a bit more challenging to navigate. As if it was not hard enough already...
Manual difficulty
After I spend 4 years making the adaptive difficulty super smoooth and silky, I decided to delete it. Now, you can set the difficulty to fit your needs, and play the game as you wish to play it. A part of me can not stop crying because of this, but I'll probably be fine after buying a Yacht. ( and who knows, maybe parts of the code did survive deletion, and is secretly pulling the strings from the shadows... )
boring stuff
more items, mutators, more characters and friends, more minigames, and a zexy UI pass, and completely reworked the prism system.
and to the 3 people making it this far, if you can figure out a Way to contact me, I just might give you a steam key for the game, so you can experience all of this madness first hand!
