Introduction to G-Star Release and Patch Notes

Hello, this is ONW Studio.
It's been a few days since we uploaded the demo version on Steam. Thanks to your support and feedback, we were able to continue development. Thank you.
We'd like to share some updates along with a modest update schedule.

[b]1. Improved Impact Sensation[/b]
Effects have been changed, and special attack scenes have been added.
[b]2. Improved Train Station Controls[/b]
The range of special techniques has slightly increased for smoother movement at the train station.
[b]3. Train Station Difficulty Adjustment[/b]
We've eliminated the inconvenience of having to start over after one collision at the existing train station, allowing for at least one retry opportunity.
[b]4. Security Zone Difficulty Adjustment[/b]
The maze concept seemed inconvenient for many. We've added directional signs and changed security zone damage to continuous damage.
[b]5. Chapter 1 Map Modification (v 0.2)[/b]
The map has been slightly changed to allow for more effective use of special techniques.
(Chapter 1 map will continue to be updated in the direction of allowing more effective use of special techniques.)
[b]6. Hacking Changes[/b]
There was a lot of feedback regarding the typing-based hacking. Due to the difficulty of difficulty adjustment through hacking and future support for various platforms, we have decided to suspend hacking through typing for the time being. We will strive to reintroduce it when better planning, concepts, and difficulty adjustment become possible.

A boss with the concept of 'Cyber Psycho' has been added to Chapter 1.
[b]9. Joypad Support (Tested on XBOX One Controller)[/b]
You need to go to key settings and manually set the joystick keys for it to take effect. (Direction keys are automatically applied.)

Veiled Edge Chapter 2, an amusement park, is currently in production. Chapter 2 is expected to be completed in the second half of 23 and is under development with a goal of the first half of 24. Various mini-games and new special techniques in line with the amusement park concept will be introduced.
Veiled Edge will start Early Access after the completion of Chapter 2 and during the development of Chapter 3. Veiled Edge aims for an official release in the second half of 24 or the first half of 25. We appreciate your support, and if you join the Discord below, you can get update news more quickly.
