[list] [*] Added "Income Per Capita" stat to the provinces. [*] "Income Per Capita" now affects happiness of a province. [*] Added new map mode: "Prosperity", stands for "Income Per Capita". (I know, they are different in real life, but it is just a game.) [*] Now a province will have a chance to shift votes to the ruling party according to their income per capita. A higher "Income Per Capita" value will reward the ruling party, lower value will cause them to lose votes. This will happen in random amount of provinces, every week. [*] "Income Per Capita" also affects happiness of a province apart from the vote shift. [*] Added "Cancel Improve Relations" function. [*] Added 2 new achievements. [*] Fixed a game load bug which causes every province to set their GDP to a fixed value. However this fix will not affect broken values which exists already.
