April 16 Patch Notes - Appointing New Candidates

[*] From now on, when nominating a new mayor in a province, there will be consequences related to the candidate's fame, power and ownership of the province.
[*] If the replaced mayor is too popular or current mayor of the province, they will seek a way to join another party.
[*] The weekly mayor replacement limit has been reduced from 2 to 1.
[*] The effect of candidates' fame in mayoral elections has been readjusted.
[*] The fame selection algorithm of new candidates has been adjusted, it is possible to see candidates with more stable fame.
[*] Each party now loses or gains between -1% and +1% of vote in a random city every week. Thus, the votes of the parties can dynamically increase or decrease independently of the player.
[*] The Red Party will now increase its vote share over time. (Let me know in the comments if you don't like this part!)
[*] Ten new colours to choose from as party color.
[*] One new advertisement option has been added.
[*] Adjusted the price and reward of existing advertisement options.
[*] Advertising on billboards in player-owned municipalities will cost 30% less than in non-player-owned municipalities.
[*] Fixed a game loading process that caused the game to crash.
